Orders ship within 2–4 business days. During launches or holidays, processing may extend to 5–7 business days.

GST/HST is calculated automatically at checkout.

U.S. orders over $50 CAD ship DDP — duties fully covered by NFORMULA.

Do international customers pay duties?|国际顾客需要支付关税吗?
Duties depend on destination country regulations.

Can I modify or cancel my order?|可以修改或取消订单吗?
If the order has not shipped, cancellation may be possible. Shipped orders cannot be modified.
若订单尚未发货,我们会尽力协助取消; 若已发货则无法修改。
How do I track my package?|如何查看物流?
You will receive a tracking email once your order ships.

Price Adjustment|价格调整
Can I request a price adjustment?|可以申请价格调整吗?
Orders placed before or after promotions are not eligible for adjustments.
活动前后下单的订单无法进行价格调整。
Returns & Exchanges|退换货政策
Do you accept returns?|是否接受退货?
Due to the nature of professional nail products, returns are limited to defects or shipping damage.
因美甲用品特性,仅接受质量问题或运输损坏的退换。
What is not eligible for return?|哪些情况不在退换范围?
Color perception, shade differences, or personal preference are not eligible.

How do I know my order is ready for pickup?|什么时候可以来取货?
You will receive a pickup notification email once your order is ready. Please wait for this confirmation before coming to the store.
当您收到取货通知邮件后,即可前来门店取货。请以通知为准,避免提前到店。
What do I need to bring for pickup?|取货需要带什么?
Please bring your order confirmation email. A valid ID matching the order name may be required for verification.
请携带订单确认邮件。门店取货时,可能需要出示与订单姓名一致的有效身份证件。
Can someone else pick up my order for me?|可以请别人代拿吗?
For security reasons, pickup is generally limited to the person named on the order.If you need assistance, please contact us in advance.
为保障订单安全,原则上仅限订单姓名本人取货。如有特殊情况,请提前联系我们。
How long will you hold my pickup order?|订单可以保留多久?
Pickup orders are held for up to 30 days from the pickup notification date.Unclaimed orders will incur a 15% handling fee,and the remaining balance will be issued as store credit.
自取订单自取货通知发出之日起,最多保留30天。超过30天未取的订单将收取15% 处理费用,其余金额将转为店铺积分(store credit)。
Can I cancel a pickup order?|可以取消自取订单吗?
• If you request cancellation within 3 days of receiving the pickup notification, a full refund may be issued.
• Cancellation requests made after 3 days will incur a 20% handling fee, with the remaining balance refunded.
• 若在 收到取货通知后的3天内申请取消订单,可退还全额款项。
• 超过3天申请取消,将收取20%的处理费用,其余金额退还。
