Return & Refund Policy
1. DEFINITIONS & SCOPE | 定义与适用范围
This Return & Refund Policy (“Policy”) governs all purchases made from our store and applies to orders shipped to Canada, the United States, and international destinations.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined herein.
本退货与退款政策(“本政策”)适用于所有在本店购买的商品,并适用于寄往加拿大、美国及其他国际地区的订单。
当您提交订单,即表示您已阅读、理解并同意本政策的所有条款。
2. RETURN PERIOD | 退换货期限
Eligible customers may request a return within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date the order is confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
Return requests submitted beyond this period will not be accepted unless otherwise required by applicable law.
符合条件的顾客可在物流承运商确认订单已送达之日起十四(14)天内提出退货申请。
超出该期限的退货申请将不予受理,除非适用法律另有强制规定。
3. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS | 退换货条件
To be eligible for a return, products must remain unopened, unused, sealed, and in their original condition suitable for resale.
Proof of purchase is required for all return requests.
可接受退货的商品必须保持未拆封、未使用、密封完好,并处于可再次销售的状态。
所有退货申请均须提供有效的购买凭证。
4. LOCAL PICKUP | 门店自取政策
Local pickup is available for eligible orders. Customers will receive a pickup notification once the order is ready for collection.
Pickup orders must be collected within 30 days from the pickup notification date.
Orders not collected within 30 days will be considered unclaimed. A 15% handling fee will be deducted, and the remaining balance will be issued as store credit.
Pickup orders may be cancelled within 3 days of receiving the pickup notification for a full refund.
Cancellation requests made after 3 days will incur a 20% handling fee, with the remaining balance refunded.
For order verification and security purposes, a valid ID matching the order name may be required at the time of pickup.
符合条件的订单可选择门店自取服务。订单准备完成后,我们将发送取货通知。
门店自取订单需自取货通知发出之日起30天内完成取货。
若订单在 30 天内未完成取货,将视为未领取订单。我们将收取15% 的处理费用,其余金额将转为店铺积分(store credit) 。
若在收到取货通知后的3天内申请取消门店自取订单,可退还全额款项。
超过3天申请取消订单,将收取20%的处理费用,其余金额退还。
为核对订单信息及保障交易安全,门店取货时可能需要出示与订单姓名一致的有效身份证件。
5.NON-RETURNABLE GOODS | 不可退换商品
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are strictly non-returnable once opened or used, except in cases of verified manufacturing defects:
• All nail gel products, including base gels, color gels, builder gels, and top gels
• Nail art supplies such as stickers, foils, molds, powders, and similar consumables
• Files, buffers, lint-free wipes, and other disposable items
• Hand and body care products, lotions, and skincare items
• Items that show signs of use, damage, or tampering
基于卫生与安全原因,下列商品一经拆封或使用,将不接受退货,除非经确认存在制造缺陷:
• 各类胶类产品,包括底胶、色胶、延长胶、封层等
• 美甲饰品,例如贴纸、转印纸、模具、粉类等消耗品
• 搓条、抛光条、棉片等一次性用品
• 护手霜、身体乳等手足护理类商品
• 任何显示使用痕迹、损坏或被人为改动的商品
6. COLOR VARIATION & PERSONAL PREFERENCE| 色差与个人偏好说明
Returns or refunds will not be granted due to color variation, shade differences, or personal dissatisfaction with the selected product.
因颜色差异、色号深浅变化或对产品个人偏好不符合预期等原因,将不接受退货或退款申请。
7. RETURN SHIPPING RESPONSIBILITY | 退货运费责任
For returns not caused by product defects, incorrect items, or shipping damage, customers are fully responsible for all return shipping costs.
Where a verified defect or error exists, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs in accordance with instructions provided by our support team.
若退货并非因产品缺陷、发错商品或运输破损所致,则退货运费须由顾客自行承担。
如经确认属产品缺陷或发错商品,我们将根据客服指引承担合理范围内的退货运费。
8. LOST, DAMAGED OR UNINSURED PARCELS | 丢失、损坏或未投保包裹说明
If shipping insurance was purchased at checkout, compensation or replacement will follow the insurer’s terms.
If insurance was not purchased, compensation shall follow carrier guidelines, typically up to approximately CAD $100.
若您在结账时购买了运输保险,相关赔偿或重寄将依照保险条款执行。
如未购买运输保险,赔偿金额将依据承运商的政策确定,通常最高赔付约为 100 加元。
9. REFUND METHOD – STORE CREDIT ONLY | 退款方式—仅限店铺抵用额
All approved refunds will be issued exclusively in the form of store credit, which is non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash.
Store credit will be calculated based on the amount paid for the returned items, excluding original shipping fees, duties, and taxes.
所有审核通过的退款将仅以「店铺抵用额(Store Credit)」形式发放,不可转让、不可兑换现金。
Store Credit 金额将依据退货商品的实际支付金额计算,但不包含订单原始运费、关税与税费。
10. INTERNATIONAL RETURNS | 国际订单退换政策
Customs duties, import taxes, and associated international charges are strictly non-refundable and remain the responsibility of the customer.
International return parcels must be clearly marked as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges. Any such charges incurred may be deducted from the store credit.
国际订单中的关税、进口税及其他相关费用不可退回,且由顾客自行承担。
国际退货包裹必须清晰标注「Returned Goods(退货)」以避免额外关税。如产生此类费用,本店有权从 Store Credit 中扣除。
11. WARRANTY FOR MACHINES & ELECTRICAL DEVICES | 机器及电子设备保修说明
Eligible electrical devices and nail machines purchased from our store include a one (1) year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal use (non-human damage).
Customers are responsible for shipping the device back to us for inspection. Upon completion of repair or replacement, we will cover the outbound shipping cost back to the customer.
Damage due to misuse, unauthorized repair, or improper operation is not covered under warranty.
在本店购买的符合条件的美甲机器及电器类产品,享有一年(1 年)有限保修,保修范围为正常使用下的制造缺陷。
顾客须承担将机器寄回本店进行检测的运费;维修或更换完成后,本店将承担寄回顾客的运费。
因误用、擅自拆修或操作不当导致的损坏不在保修范围内。
12. RETURN PROCESS | 退换货流程
Prior authorization is required for all returns. Customers must contact us at support@nformulalife.com with their order number, product photos, and a detailed explanation of the issue.
Unauthorized returns may be refused or returned to sender.
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned items, customers will be notified regarding approval or denial of the return request. Approved refunds will be issued as store credit.
所有退货均须事先取得授权。请将订单号、商品照片及问题说明发送至 support@nformulalife.com 与我们联系。
未经授权擅自寄回的包裹可能被拒收或退回寄件人。
在收到并检查退货后,我们将通知顾客审核结果;如审核通过,退款将以 Store Credit 的形式发放。
