Nail Formula Shipping Policy

We ship across Canada, the United States, and internationally. Please review the information below for current processing times, shipping rates, delivery estimates, tracking, and other important shipping details.

1. Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

Shipping rates are charged in Canadian dollars (CAD). Free-shipping thresholds are based on your merchandise subtotal after discounts and before taxes.

Free shipping applies only to eligible orders weighing 6 kg or less. Orders exceeding 6 kg are not eligible for free shipping, regardless of order value. Applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout.

The shipping options and final shipping rate available for your order will always be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

2. Processing & Estimated Delivery Times

Please allow 7–10 business days for order processing and preparation before dispatch.

Processing time refers to the time required to prepare your order before shipment and does not include carrier transit time.

Estimated shipping times after dispatch are:

Canada: 7–14 business days
United States: 7–14 business days
International: 14–30 business days

Delivery estimates are provided as general guidelines and are not guaranteed. Remote destinations may require additional transit time. Delivery may also be affected by customs processing, carrier delays, public holidays, severe weather, service disruptions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

3. In-Store Pickup

Eligible items may be available for in-store pickup at our Richmond, BC location. Pickup availability is indicated on eligible products and during checkout when available.

Pickup orders are normally ready within 2–3 hours during business hours. Please wait until you receive your Ready for Pickup notification before visiting the store.

Please bring your order confirmation email and photo ID when collecting your order.

4. Tracking & Shipments

Tracking information will be provided by email once your order has been dispatched.

In some cases, an order may be shipped in more than one package. If this occurs, packages may be dispatched at different times and may have separate tracking numbers.

If Nail Formula divides your order into multiple packages, you will not be charged additional shipping fees as a result.

If you receive part of your order first, please review all tracking information associated with your order before contacting us about a missing item.

5. Duties, Taxes & Customs

United States

For eligible U.S. orders over $50 USD, applicable duties and import taxes are covered by Nail Formula under a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping model.

Customers are responsible for responding promptly if a carrier or customs authority requests identity confirmation, address confirmation, or other information required to complete delivery.

International Orders

Unless your order is specifically identified as DDP, international duties, VAT, import taxes, brokerage charges, customs fees, and carrier handling fees are the responsibility of the customer.

These charges are determined by the destination country or region and may be collected before or upon delivery.

Refusing to pay applicable duties or taxes does not automatically qualify an order for a refund. Any return, disposal, storage, redelivery, customs, or administrative fees resulting from a refused shipment may be deducted from any eligible refund.

6. Restricted, Liquid & Oversized Items

Certain liquids, chemicals, oversized products, and restricted professional-use items may be subject to additional carrier or destination limitations.

Orders containing more than 500 ml of liquid may not qualify for standard or free shipping and may require a separate shipping arrangement.

If an order cannot be shipped using the service selected at checkout because of carrier, size, weight, or destination restrictions, we will contact you before shipment.

7. Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, recipient name, telephone number, email address, and any information required for delivery or customs clearance.

Please review your shipping information carefully before completing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing.

Nail Formula is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, returned packages, or additional charges resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or outdated information provided by the customer.

8. Shipping Damage & Missing Packages

If an item arrives damaged during transit, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and provide:

Your order number
Clear photos of the damaged item
Clear photos of the exterior and interior packaging
A clear photo of the shipping label
A brief description of the damage

Please keep the damaged product and all original packaging until the carrier investigation has been completed.

If all tracking numbers associated with your order show delivered but an item is still missing, please contact us with your order number and details of the missing item.

9. Returns & Exchanges

Shipping eligibility and delivery issues are separate from return eligibility. Please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy for complete return and exchange terms.
