FAIR REGIONAL PRICING ADJUSTMENT｜国际关税平衡定价说明
NFORMULA adjusts regional pricing according to logistics costs and import tax requirements to ensure fairness across regions.
For U.S. orders over $50 USD, NFORMULA covers duties and import taxes under the DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) model.
Canadian and international taxes are applied automatically at checkout based on local regulations.
NFORMULA 会根据进口税及物流成本差异，进行区域价格调整以确保公平一致的购物体验。
美国订单单笔 满 $50 USD 可享 DDP 包税服务（由 NFORMULA 承担关税与进口税）。
加拿大及国际地区税费将于结账时根据当地法规自动计算。
I. PROCESSING TIME｜订单处理时间
- Orders process within 2–4 business days.
- During launches or peak periods, processing may extend to 5–7 business days.
- Orders containing pre-order items ship after all items become available.
• 所有订单将在 2–4 个工作日 内处理。
• 新品发布与节假日期间可能延至 5–7 个工作日。
• 若含预售商品，将于所有商品到齐后统一发货。

- Estimated delivery: 2–7 business days
- Free shipping for orders ≥ $150 CAD (subtotal before tax & ≤ 8kg)
- Orders under $150 CAD: Shipping is calculated automatically based on Canada Post real-time rates
- Taxes (GST/HST) calculated at checkout
- Orders over 8kg or containing over 500ml of liquid are not eligible for free shipping

• 商品小计（税前）满 $150 CAD 且不超过 8kg 包邮
• 未达 $150 CAD：运费依照 Canada Post 实时费率自动计算
• 税费将于结账时依省份自动计算

- Estimated delivery: 7–14 business days
- Free shipping for orders ≥ $100 USD (subtotal before tax & ≤ 8kg)
- Orders under $100 USD: Shipping rates are calculated automatically based on Canada Post / USPS rates
- Orders ≥ $50 USD ship DDP — duties & taxes fully covered by NFORMULA
- Orders over 8kg or containing over 500ml liquid are not eligible for free shipping

• 小计满 $100 USD 且重量 ≤ 8kg 享包邮
• 未满 $100 USD：运费依系统根据 Canada Post / USPS 实时费率自动计算
• 申报金额 ≥ $50 USD 的订单享 DDP 包税服务

🌍 INTERNATIONAL ORDERS｜国际地区
- Estimated delivery: 5–22 business days
- Free shipping for orders ≥ $300 CAD (≤ 6kg)
- Other orders: Shipping cost is calculated using real-time carrier rates based on weight & destination
- Duties and taxes charged by receiving country
- Liquid items over 500ml are not eligible for free shipping
- Please note that for UK (over $220 CAD), EU (over $215 CAD) and Norway (over $380 CAD) international shipments, we can only accept orders above these minimum values. When your order arrives, your local customs may charge VAT (UK ~20%, EU ~15–25%, Norway 25%), possible duties, and a courier handling fee. These charges are set by your country and collected from you before delivery.

•寄往英国（需满 $220 CAD）、欧盟（需满 $215 CAD）和挪威（需满 $380 CAD）的国际订单，需达到以上最低消费金额才能下单。当您的包裹抵达当地海关时，可能会被收取增税（英国约 20%，欧盟约 15–25%，挪威 25%）、关税（依据商品类别）以及快递公司处理费。以上费用均由当地海关制定，并在配送前向您收取。
IV. SHIPPING DAMAGE & INSURANCE｜运输损坏与保险
Report damage within 3 days of delivery with clear photos.
NFORMULA is not responsible for delays caused by customs or carriers.
Insurance is recommended for international or high-value orders.
如包裹损坏，请于3 日内提供清晰照片联系客服。
因清关、天气或物流原因导致的延误不在赔付范围内。
建议国际或高价值订单购买运输保险。
V. RETURNS & EXCHANGES｜退换货政策
Due to hygiene and professional standards, returns are not accepted unless an item arrives defective or damaged.
Color differences or personal preferences are not eligible for return.
因卫生及专业产品特性，订单一经发货恕不接受退换货，除非商品故障或运输损坏。
因颜色、色差或个人喜好导致的不满意不在退换范围内。
