1. Apply a thin layer of Moding C07 Elastic Reinforce Gel, cure for 60 seconds

2. Wipe off the tacky layer, and buff to a matte finish with a sponge buffer

3. Apply a thin, even layer of Moding C11 Velvet Matte Top Gel

4. After curing for 120 seconds, proceed with watercolor art or use it directly as a top gel

If using directly as a top gel, please follow Step 1-4

If creating watercolor art, please follow Step 3-4

2. 擦除浮胶后, 用海绵磨块打磨至哑光

3. 均匀薄涂一层末町C11护色丝绒封层胶

4. 照灯120秒后, 可进行水彩美甲创作, 或直接作为封层使用

Matte top coats are generally thinner. It is recommended to first reinforce and buff the surface to a matte finish before applying the matte top coat again for better durability
