1. Apply a no-wipe matte top coat and fully cure. Ensure the surface is matte and contains absolutely no tacky layer or gel residue.
2. Using the S08 Watercolor Brush, pick up watercolor gel/ink and gently tap or blend to create soft gradients, blooming petals, and watercolor effects.
3. Once the desired watercolor design is complete, cure to set the layers. Seal with a top coat if needed.
